On Monday we visited Kaizen's headstone and brought him some flowers. Because we talk about Kaizen a lot, Kanzis does too. She loves him so much. I kiss a picture of Kaizen every night before I go to bed and last night she saw me and asked if she could kiss him too. It makes me happy that she talks about him and whenever she names everyone in our family, Kaizen is always mentioned. I don't know if she will ever know how much that means to me.
We are also so grateful for all of those who have served for our country and lost their lives fighting for our freedom. I hope that they know that they are thanked and loved so much.
After that, we borrowed my mom and dad's side by side and went up to Josh's grandparents cabin with some of his family, then we took a little ride up to "the top of the world." Such pretty views!
Josh's mom had some baby raccoons, so Kanzis got to hold one. I held one and it started to hiss at me and then proceeded to pee on me. They sure are cute though!
Have a wonderful rest of the week! :)
