June...you were fun!

Wow June! What a busy month it was for us. Fun busy though.

We didn't do much for Josh's birthday which was on the ninth. He left that night to go to Casper, Wyoming to work for a couple weeks. We sure missed him when he was gone. We didn't get to be with him for Father's Day so I surprised him and took a few pictures of Kanzis for him...

Here is some with Kaizen's build a bear. It's so hard for me to not include him somehow. I don't know if it will always be that way, but it just felt weird not having at least part of him in the picture. We have two kids, it will never be less than that. Hopefully more, but never less. And I know he did and always will love his daddy...

Kanzis and I went to Casper to go pick Josh up to get ready for the reunion, while we were there we went swimming. This was Kanizis' first time in an actual pool...

It was a little cold but I think she liked it :)

So I have been looking everywhere for a wooden high chair for Kanzis that I could paint and distress. I wanted it mainly for her birthday party but I was also hoping to find one that she would actually be able to use on a daily basis. I was constantly looking online, going to yard sales but I had no luck. Finally the other day my mom told me about an antique store in Ogden, so we went and looked. It was funny when we pulled up to the store, I told my mom that I could just feel we were going to be lucky in here. When we walked in, there was stuff everywhere. Tons of cute stuff that I just wanted all of. And just when I started to think we weren't going to find it here, I walked around the corner and saw this...

I gasped really loud and my mom didn't believe me at first. It was exactly what I was looking for and I don't even have to paint it or anything. And....they gave it to me for quite less than they were asking! So awesome!! But the best part is, Kanzis actually likes it. She doesn't like sitting in it for too long but enough to give her something to eat and if I need to sweep and mop she just sits in and watches me! I couldn't be happier about it!

I know I know...little things get me pretty excited lol! Happy baby, Happy momma though!

My mom and I got to take some pictures of Kassidy before she had cute little baby Kinley. We went out to my mom and dad's barn and got some really cute ones!

Then we went behind Kassidy and Jake's house and got some of them there. So cute.

Her due date was July 4th. Josh's family reunion was this last weekend and I told her to wait until after but I guess she couldn't wait lol. She was texting me updates and a while later I knew I needed to leave to be there. We got to the hospital at 10:00 p.m. and she had her at 12:15 a.m. Beautiful healthy baby girl. Everyone is already in love with her...even Kanzis...

I had to steal this picture from Kristina...he is so cute!

I definitely see Kanzis differently now. She is usually the smallest of all the kids she is around, so to me she is still my little tiny baby. But next to Kinley, she isn't so little anymore. My once little newborn just wants to explore and play. But I love it.

Reunion fun...

 Play time

Misty kept all of the kids entertained! :) So fun.

 At Tyrel and Layna's Wedding

I tried to brighten this picture up as best as I could because we saw a bear. I think we missed it though, you can see its tracks going up the hill. It was a pretty bear.

Yesterday we went to the Living Planet Aquarium with Josh's brother's family...

She wanted to touch it so bad

Then since we were close, we went to Scheels again :)

Random pictures...

Shirt Josh's mom got her lol It's the truth!

 helping me do laundry

 I love this picture.

Oh my goodness, these next three pictures are so funny to me! I was laughing my head off! She thought it was absolutely hilarious!

Giving brother kisses...melted my heart! I didn't even say anything, she did it all on her own.

The K I decorated for Kass and her baby shower

I hope you all have a fun and safe 4th. I can't wait to see how Kanzis reacts to sparklers and all of the crazy firework noises.
